Group size:
The number of groups is determined by the number of participants. The maximum number of participants for guided tours with practical work depends on the chosen theme. A maximum of two accompanying adults per group pay the reduced student admission price.

Binding reservation / cancellation:
Should the date (or alternative date) noted above be possible, we will make a binding reservation. This reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to ten days before the event date. A cancellation of the reservation can only be made in text form (e-mail, letter, fax). The date of cancellation is determined by its receipt at Visitor’s Service of the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
