Cloakrooms and lockers
Cloakrooms, lockers, and sanitary facilities are found in the ground-floor levels of both the K20 Grabbeplatz and the K21 Ständehaus and are handicapped accessible.

Taking Pictures
We point out that photography is not permittet in temporary exhibitions.
Photography is permitted in rooms of the collection but with prior photo permission and for private use only. Photo permissions are handed out at the museum's cash desk.
Any commercial use requires a written permission of the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Sketching
Pencils and sketch pads in DIN A3 format may be brought into the exhibition galleries.
Telephoning
We request that visitors avoid using their telephones in the galleries. We appreciate your understanding.
Museums Shuttle
Mercedes-Benz – En Route for Art
Since the reopening of the Kunstsammlung am Grabbeplatz, we have offered a convenient bus-shuttle Art Transfer connection between the K21 Ständehaus and back again. The bus departs at 20 minute intervals during opening hours.
The shuttle bus stops are found in front of each museum entrance.
