The Freunde der Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen process the following personal data of its members: first and family name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, year of birth (especially for U40 members), as well as association-related data (e.g. date of entry, category of membership, as well as changes thereto). This data is stored with the help of electronic data processing programs (EDP) for the duration of the membership and used for the administration and support of the members, as well as for events, trips, and campaigns organized by the Freunde. We use your first and family name, as well as the date of entry, for our digital and printed list of members. We will not use this data for any other purpose without your express consent. This consent can, of course, be revoked at any time.

Issue of a SEPA direct debit mandate:

For the annual charge of the membership contribution, I hereby grant the Freunde der Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen the SEPA direct debit mandate, which may be revoked at any time, for the account noted below.

I authorize the Freunde der Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen to collect payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my credit institution to honor the direct debits drawn on my account by the Freunde der Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
